Nasi Goreng

Ingredients

olive oil

3 tbsp oil to fry the eggs

asparagus

1 boneless, skinless chicken thigh

salmon

100g of frozen mixed vegetables.

seasoning

1/2 onion, thin sliced shallots, and 1 clove of garlic minced.

1 tbsp of salt. Can be adjusted to preferences.

2 servings of rice, preferable day old.

Green onions for garnish, chop evenly.

2-3 tbsp of sweet soy sauce(kecap manis)

2 large eggs(each around 50g without shell, divided)
